Temple of the Sun is an Australian jewellery brand founded in Byron Bay, creating timeless pieces inspired by ancient civilisations, natural beauty and the art of traditional craftsmanship.
Designed by founder Yonna, each collection draws inspiration from ancient symbols, treasured relics and cultural traditions, reimagined through a contemporary lens. Temple of the Sun puts a big focus on quality materials and considered craftsmanship, with their collections designed in Byron Bay and made in collaboration with skilled artisans. Their approach combines traditional jewellery-making techniques with contemporary design, creating pieces that are made to last beyond changing trends.
Their demi-fine collections feature 18K gold vermeil and recycled 925 sterling silver. Their gold vermeil pieces are finished with a generous 2.5-micron layer of 18K gold over sterling silver, offering a more durable alternative to standard gold plating. They also incorporate natural gemstones and distinctive detailing throughout their collections, giving each piece its own character.
